Stay here and enjoy your Sapanca trip. Excellent and fairly clean place should have higher than 5 star rating, everything is perfect. Its location steps away from the heart of Sapanca is favourable. Again, it's 2 miles from Ng Sapanca Bedesten Avm Shopping Mall. Very good people are working there.

The most important - good location in the middle of jackson. Easy check in and late check out.

We liked sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. Excellent staff and the place was fairly clean. The idea to include an electric kettle and glassware in the a double room was nice. We booked it for US$ 410. The venue was in a particularly good and magnificent location, in the middle of jackson...

Location not far from the mountains and a forest with amazing facilities and Turkey. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

It was clean room with central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV.

The room met all requests, great and good. Pilates classes and a gym were right on spot.

All was perfect.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive destination, fulfilling all of our needs with its top-notch amenities. The Spa & Wellness centre was exquisite, offering an array of massages and beauty treatments. The Swimming pool was delightful, and the outdoor garden area was impressive. The Restaurant provided delicious food, and the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for relaxing and having a drink.

The only minor issue was with the service, which could have been faster. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel was located in a forest area which made the surroundings very peaceful. The hotel's gym was well equipped with machines and the walking track around the woods was a great way to exercise. The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing.

The service was very bad during our stay. The check-in desk took way too long and the cleaning of the room was not up to standard.

Huge property, amazing facilities, multiple pools, nice views, well-equipped gym.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the array of activities and facilities offered on the property. The breakfast and dinner were great, with a variety of options. The kids club provided a safe and fun environment for children, with attentive staff. The outdoor playground and pool were perfect for families and there was a gym and pilates/yoga studio for fitness enthusiasts. the location was convenient, being only a short distance from local restaurants and shops.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The air conditioning unit in the room was positioned poorly, resulting in it blowing directly onto the couch.
